1. Name: Roger Koenig

2. Age: 31

3. A brief background 
Running was a ‘late discovery’ for me. I started running a few years ago because my swimming coach told me that I should run when I wasn’t able to go to the pool. To my surprise, I enjoyed it! So I run since ;) I also do triathlons and, since I’m in Australia, I do freediving.

4. How long have you been a RunMonash member? 1 year and a half-ish

5. Favourite run session? Anything with more than 30secs efforts cause I’m very bad at sprinting

6. Favourite place to run? Near to my place, along the sea shore

7. Favourite song/music to run to? (or sounds of nature) Sounds of nature, of course!

8. Favourite food? Anything nutritious and easy to digest ;P 

9. What motivates you to continue running? The fact that it’s fun and good for body and mind

10. What is your running goal for 2014? To run more than in 2013

11. Any general comments about your involvement in RunMonash.: RunMonash is really a great group. I feel so lucky to be part of it.
