Hello! Thanks for visiting the Run Monash website.

We are a friendly running group in South East Melbourne and train every Tuesday evening (Monash Uni) and most Saturday mornings (Jells Park). We welcome runners of all ages (male and female), abilities (including disabilities), backgrounds and experience.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: CHANGE OF VENUE FOR TUESDAY TRAINING

RunMonash Tuesday training (this week again 31/05/16) - we will be meeting at the TENNIS CLUB PAVILION and our session will run on the TOP OVAL instead of the baseball field.

The tennis pavilion is located past the Monash Sport building, further along the ring road. We normally run past the tennis courts during our warm up.

Why train with us?

We offer training in a friendly environment to keep you motivated and healthy competition to improve running speed, technique and stamina. Run Monash is coached by steeplechase legend Trevor Vincent. Trevor also coaches the Glenhuntly Athletics team and has helped many of us bring down our running times. He also encourages us all to keep running diaries and is more than happy to review them and discuss your running progress individually.


Do I have to be a Monash University student?

NO! We train from the Monash University Clayton Campus on a Tuesday night, but membership, training and coaching is open to everyone and is completely FREE!

If you are a Monash University student or staff member, you have the opportunity to join Team Monash and represent your institution.

While it isn't a requirement of the club that you be a member of Monash Sport, there are many benefits. To find out more visit Monash Sport.
